1. DISCOUNTS
1.1. 4th week of a comprehensive spa stay will be charged with a discount of 20%.
1.2. A part of each spa stay is all day catering – full board. In case that you would prefer half board, your account will be reduced of the following amounts:
9 EUR per day (DHSRs Nové Lázně, Maria Spa Courtyard)
7 EUR per day (DHSRs Hvězda - Skalník - Neapol, Pacifik, Centrální Lázně, DH Villa Butterfly)
6 EUR per day (Spa hotels Vltava - Berounka, Svoboda, Labe).
1.3. Discounts for children:
1.3.1. A child 0-5 years old without treatments, who is accommodated in a double room with two adults, has accommodation free of charge (when accompanied by two fully paying people).
1.3.2. A child 0-5 years old without treatments, who is accommodated in a double room with one adult on a normal bed, has 50% discount on accommodation and meals (discount does not refer to an extra bed).
1.3.3. A child 6-12 years old without treatments, who is accommodated in a double room with one adult on a normal bed, has 50% discount on accommodation (discount does not refer to meals).
1.4. It is not possible to combine price discounts.
2. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
2.1. You can pay for your stay by a credit card (American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club International). Credit card details required as a booking guarantee.
2.2. You can transfer the payment for your stay before your arrival into our bank account:

2.2.3. Th e payer is obliged to pay not only the total sum for the stay, but also all charges connected with the bank transfer.
2.2.4. Confi rmation of the payment of accommodation by bank transfer is necessary to be presented on your arrival at the hotel at the hotel reception.
2.3. We do not accept any payments by cheques.
2.4. You can pay for your stay on your arrival at the hotel reception desk in cash.
2.5. We accept payment in EUR or CZK only (according to the curren exchange rate of the day).
3. ADDITIONAL CHARGES
3.1. For double bed room for a single usage we charge a price for one person in a double bed room with an additional charge for a free bed:
40 EUR per person per night (DHSRs Nové Lázně, Centrální Lázně, Hvězda - Skalník, Pacifi k,)
30 EUR per person per night (Spa hotels Vltava - Berounka, Svoboda, Labe)
3.2. Suite of rooms or apartment for single usage: we charge per one person in suite or apartment with an additional charge for a freebed: 100 EUR.
3.3. Small dog: 12 EUR per night
3.4. Each change of fi xed reservation: 15 EUR per person.
3.5. Reservation of a particular room: 5 EUR per person per night.
3.6. Check-in time: 2 p.m.
Booked earlier arrival from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. = 50% of the room price
Booked earlier arrival before 8 a.m. = 100% of the room price
Check-out time: 12 p.m.
Booked delayed departure from 12 p.m. until 6 p.m. = 50% of the room price
Booked delayed departure aft er 6 p.m. = 100% of the room price
3.7. Christmas and New Year’s Eve Stays:
From 23.12.2011 until 02.01.2012 we off er a program ‘Czech Christmas and New Year in Mariánské Lázně’. Th e minimal stay period is 6 nights. Th e program includes accommodation, full board, doctor‘s consultation, spa treatments, guided tour through Mariánské Lázně, trips and cultural program. For Christmas and New Year’s Eve stays, high season prices are valid with an additional charge for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve program.
Christmas program:
30 EUR per person (valid for all hotels)
New Year’s Eve program:
120 EUR per person (DHSRs Nové Lázně, Maria Spa Courtyard)
100 EUR per person (DHSRs Hvězda - Skalník - Neapol, Pacifik, Centrální Lázně, DH Villa Butterfly)
80 EUR per person (Spa hotels Vltava - Berounka, Svoboda, Labe)
3.8. Opening of the Spa Season (25.04. - 09.05.2011):
Additional charge of 5 EUR per person per night.
4. CANCELLATION BY CLIENTS
4.1. You can cancel your stay anytime before your arrival. We recommend, for your own benefi t, to send a written statement cancelling the contract.
4.2. In the case of your contract cancellation, we are forced to charge the following cancellation fees:
27 - 21 days before arrival 5 % of the total amount
20 - 14 days before arrival 10 % of the total amount
13 - 7 days before arrival 20 % of the total amount
6 - 1 days before arrival 50 % of the total amount
Non-arrival without advanced notice: 100% of the total amount.
4.3. In the case of early departure we charge 100% of the remaining price.
4.4. For unused booked services and changing of booked services during the stay (accommodation, meals, spa treatments) any financial reimbursement is provided.
5. OTHERS
5.1. In the case that during the stay there occurs a change of season, the price of the current season will be charged
5.2. We are not responsible for any possible misprint.
5.3. In limited cases, the company Léčebné lázně Mariánské Lázně a.s. - Marienbad Kur & Spa Hotels is entitled to re-allocate client within the hotels of same category.
