- 7x accommodation, half board,
- initial doctor´s base check up,
- mineral drinking cure.
Spa treatments:
- individual consultation with an instructor, creating a training plan and nutrition advice,
- 3x cardio or individual training with an instructor,
- 3x nordic walking,
- 3x cryosauna or lymfoven (in case of contra-indication will be replaced by another procedure),
- 3x mineral bath with a dry wrap,
- 3x Maria´s dry carbonated pool with oxygen therapy,
- 2x regeneration massage
