1) The cheque holder acknowledges that this ‘cheque’ is not a cheque issued by virtue of the bill and cheque law No. 191/1950 of the Digest.2) This cheque is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.3) In the case that the cheque holder will not use the spa services by the expiry date or will used only a part, the unused part will be forfeited on behalf of its issuer as a penalty for not using the cheque value by its expiry date. Further, the cheque holder is not eligible for reimbursement of the unused cheque value. 4) The cheque holder has the right to requests prolonging the cheque’s valid date in writing before its expiry date, but the cheque issuer is not obliged to accept this request. 5) The nominal value of a gift cheque can be used to purchase classical spa and regeneration stays, short-term programs wellness & beauty and spa treatments. 6) Cheques are only issued in the Czech currency CZK. 7) A cheque is issued and sent to the requested address of the cheque holder immediately after receiving payment to the issuer’s account or immediately after a cash settlement. 8) Its holder cashes the cheque always by virtue of presenting this cheque.
