Medical consulting rooms within the complex are available 24hrs a day to all guests for complete medical therapy. All spa treatments in the hotel use only natural medicinal resources including hydrotherapy in the stunning Roman baths.
Guests can choose from a wide range of spa treatments including the option for special dietary needs.
The natural medicinal springs (Forest – Ferdinand – Rudolf and Balbin's springs) are used for baths and drinking treatments with gas envelope treatment using Mary's spring. All these treatments are available from the Balneo department situated within the adjoined complex of Cantralni Lazne and Nové Lázně.
The hydrotherapy can include a variety of spa treatments which can be combined with Peat Wraps that use a natural peat that is processed and prepared within the complex.

The complex contains 3 pools including the Roman baths and offers counter currents, whirlpool, sauna, Kneip's method and sanarium.
Various kinds of massage are available as well as a solarium, cosmetics, vitasalin, hairdresser, hot stone massage and traditional massage.
